C-Level Services SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between C-Level Services LLC (“Homeowner and or property manager”) and ___________________ credit card holder and/or contact for reservation _____________ (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Property. The property is located at: ___per request ______Muskegon MI 49441 per description The property home is furnished and includes full kitchen appliances, dining table, beds per desription, living room furniture, laundry facilities( where applicable), kitchen ware as described in rental listing, linens, towels, comp starter coffee, bikes for use (with helmets), games, etc
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the following persons:

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to reservation # persons. An additional charge or $25 per person per night for guests in addition to reservation total will be assessed.
4. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at __4___ p.m. on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at __10___ a.m. on (the “Checkout Date”).
5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2-night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 7 days, the guest will be charged the single-night rate.
6. House Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the House Rules located on site. At all times while at the property, you agree to be responsible for all members of the rental party and any guests.
7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection with a door knock notice. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
8. House rules
-You will be in a neighborhood, so observe quiet time from 10pm to 6AM. Turn outside lights off after 12AM
9. Rental Rate and Fees

If we ask for an additional credit card hold for security, it will not be charged unless there is:
i. damage to the property or furnishings.
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appears dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
Rental Rate. Payment in full of the following fees shall be due within 60 days of the Check-in Date:

10. Cancellation Policy: If guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, there is no refund unless we can rent the house in place of your time frame, less a min $100 admin cost for any additional advertising or other site used to help fill the date.
11. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler and or cancelation insurance. Below are some references you may contact to purchase such insurance: Consult your travel agent.
12. -Linens provided for the length of your stay. Strip beds and place used sheets at end of the bed or in laundry room leave day by 10 AM. Same for bath towels.
-Clean off kitchen counters, sink, and run dishwasher day of departure.
