On the main street to Lake Michigan by Muskegon Lake. Two blocks from downtown Lakeside (restaurants, pubs, shopping, ice cream). The car ferry is nearby. We are on the bike trail to Lake MI (1.7 miles), and around Muskegon Lake. Cottage like feel, and comes with a few bikes, a fire pit, and a great spot on the way to the beach, or walk to town. 3BR- 2 upstairs, and basement bedroom with a full bath. We have a main living area A/C unit and BR ceiling fans.

Space
Spacious cottage feels on the main road to the lake or town. The kitchen fully stocked. Quiet gathering area behind the house with a fire pit. We are on the way to great summer fun, including the groomed sugar-white sand of Lake Michigan, and a business district just 2 blocks walk away. Hike, bike, major festivals every weekend throughout the summer, and miles of public shoreline. The bike path goes on for miles in either direction. Some bikes supplied. Motorcycles welcome. Some garage access. We are on Main Street to the lake so there is street noise in front, but it’s fun to watch the traffic

Guest Access
We have parking for 6 cars (2 cars 3 deep). There is also some street parking.
Full access to the house.

Other Things To Note
Its a neighborhood, so please observe quiet outside from 10 PM to 8 AM
Pets are not allowed. We provide internet service And a smart tv. This is the main road so there is some noise, but a quiet area with a picnic table behind the house.
